I really liked how much choice there was on the site. Clothes, shoes, accessories, all in one place, which made it super easy to browse. I ended up finding a few bits I wasn’t even looking for.

I was really happy to find my size in stock right away, and the whole process was super easy with no hassle at all. It’s nice ordering from somewhere that feels dependable and actually has what you need.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the sizing because sample sale stuff can be a bit all over the place, but yeah, this one was actually spot on. I just went with my usual size and it fit really nicely, like it sat exactly how I’d hoped without any weird pulling or guessing involved. Made the whole thing way easier, to be honest.

I was excited because the sale prices looked good at first, like I thought I’d found a decent bargain, but then I got to the shipping cost and it just kind of took the fun out of it. By the time everything was added up, it didn’t really feel like such a great deal anymore.

The stuff I got was actually real, I checked the tags myself just to be sure. That said, I’d still warn others to look everything over carefully when it arrives, just in case.

I picked up a few nice bits from Sample Sale London and, to be fair, the prices were decent. The site was easy enough to get around, although sizes seemed to disappear really quickly, which was kind of frustrating because I’d find something I liked and then… gone.
Delivery took longer than I thought it would, and the updates weren’t great, so I wasn’t really sure what was happening for a while. When the order turned up, the items were fine and looked like the photos, so that part was okay. Overall, not a bad shop, just feels like it could be a bit more organised.

I had a problem with my order and, i was sitting there thinking, am I missing something? It took longer than I expected to get a proper reply, which was a bit frustrating at the time.

That said, they did sort it out in the end and refunded the missing item, so fair enough. Not the smoothest experience I’ve had, but at least they fixed it.

I went in expecting the queue to be a total nightmare, because isn’t that usually how these things go? But it actually moved along better than I thought. The staff kept everyone in order and gave little updates every so often, which helped. Sure, there was still some waiting, but what can you do? Overall, not bad at all.

I went in thinking it was going to be proper sample sale pricing, but most of it still felt pricey. A few things had some decent money knocked off, sure, but not enough where I felt like the trip was really worth it. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time or the better stuff was already gone, but yeah, the discounts just weren’t that great to me...

I was dreading the refund process because I’ve had times where you feel kind of trapped, like you’re stuck going back and forth forever. But this was much smoother than I expected. The refund came through quickly, and I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone. Really nice when something like this doesn’t turn into a whole ordeal.

Not gonna lie, the box showed up crushed. The items inside were okay overall, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.
